Mall Management Group management company signed a lease agreement with the future anchor tenant of the ultra-modern Paveletskaya Plaza shopping center to be built on the square in front of Paveletsky Railway Station in Moscow. CBRE is the exclusive consultant for the transaction.
The first anchor tenant of the shopping center will be a store of the federal perfume supermarket chain Zolotoe Yabloko. It will be located on the first of three underground levels of the mall on the area of 1600 sq. m.
The format of the Golden Apple store is a mix of simple and complex, expensive and affordable. A huge assortment of 1400 brands in one space: from the most niche to the newest and super-popular. Paveletskaya Plaza shopping center will be located in the business and transport heart of the city - on the square near the Paveletsky Railway Station. The project concept envisages full integration into the city's infrastructure and architecture. It will also become a part of one of the largest transport and interchange hubs of the city, with a daily passenger traffic of 350 thousand people. The shopping center is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2021.
