The underground shopping and entertainment center on Paveletskaya Square is planned to open in November
The underground shopping and entertainment center "Paveletskaya Plaza" is planned to open on the square near Paveletskiy railway station in November 2021. This was reported to the Agency of city news "Moscow" by Alina Strelkova, director of development and commerce of the group of objects Mall Management Group.

"Paveletskaya Plaza shopping mall on the square in front of Paveletskiy railway station will open in November 2021. The developer of the project, Mall Management Group has completed 90% of the construction work. Now earthworks have been completed, monolithic reinforced concrete structures have been erected, internal engineering systems are being installed and finishing works are underway. Anchor tenants are also implementing construction and finishing works," Strelkova said.

She added that the landscaping of the landscape park of about 3 hectares, which will be located on the ground part of the complex, is also nearing completion.
Strelkova noted that according to the idea of the project architects, the company 5+design, the park will connect the shopping center with the surrounding urban environment. "There will be a central square with a fountain and an open amphitheater for city events, walking areas with wooden benches, spaces for active and quiet recreation, an area with swings, as well as cafes and restaurants with cozy verandas," she explained.

Paveletskaya Plaza shopping mall will be located in the historical center of Moscow - on the first line of the Garden Ring, on the square in front of the Paveletsky Railway Station. The shopping center will become a part of the Paveletskaya transport and transfer hub, which will connect the city's transport arteries with Domodedovo Airport. The daily passenger traffic will amount to 350 thousand people. The three-level underground shopping center with a leasable area of 33 thousand square meters includes two floors with fashionable stores and restaurants, as well as one floor with parking for 277 cars.
