Construction of a shopping center in the south-east of the capital is planned to be completed in the first quarter of 2024, said Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Policy and Construction Andrey Bochkaryov.

The three-storey building with the area of 70 thousand square meters is being erected in Kuzminki district on Zelenodolskaya Street, 42.

"The readiness of the shopping center is estimated at 94%. The opening of the complex is scheduled for the first quarter of next year", - said Andrei Bochkaryov.

According to the Deputy Mayor, trees and bushes will be planted near the building. In summer, flower beds will be arranged here, nine bicycle parking lots will be created, 17 benches will be installed. In total, almost 10 thousand square meters of the adjacent territory will be improved.

The building is designed with 170 premises.It is planned to open a supermarket, clothing stores, home goods, children's stores and entertainment centers, as well as a gastronomic space for dozens of cafe and restaurant concepts.

The developer of Kuzminki Mall is Mall Management Group.

Yuliana Knyazhevskaya, Chairwoman of the Moscow City Architecture Committee, noted the importance of building business facilities outside the central part of the city.

"Creation of new points of growth in already established neighborhoods allows to change the quality of life of Muscovites. Jobs, service points and services that people need on a regular basis appear within walking distance from housing. The city planning policy of the capital is aimed at stimulating investors to create such objects", - explained Yuliana Knyazhevskaya.
