At the meeting with the tenants of mixed-use complex "Salaris" announced the accession of international brands to the project
On September 27, a meeting with retail representatives was held on the territory of Salaris mixed-use complex. The event was attended by representatives of the largest market players: "Cinema Park", Inditex, Uniqlo, "RIV GOSH", Dino Zoo, LPP Group, Moneks Trading, Melon Fashion Group, Marks&Spencer, DeFacto, Rosinter, Osteria Mario, Yakitoria, Sbarro, Tom Tailor, Jeans Symphony, Snow Queen, Kanzler, Zenden, Westland, Redmond, Mascotte, Eurodom, Crocs, Kari, Rendez-Vous, L'Occitane, Pandora, Tamaris, 5 Pockets, Respect, Yamamay, Familia, Alba, Cinnabon, Baskin Robbins, Finn Flare, Baon, Williams&Oliver and many others.

Alina Strelkova, Commercial and Development Director of Mall Management Group, spoke about the status of the project and shared the latest rental news, including the confirmed participation in the project of brands with international names: ZARA, ZARA Home, Massimo Dutti, Oysho, Bershka, Stradivarius (at the final stage of signing contracts) and Uniqlo.

Another big news was the appearance of two new anchor tenants in the project: MVideo hypermarket of household appliances and electronics with the area of 1,985 sq. m. and Joki Joya family recreation park, which will be located on 2,495 sq.m.

Alina informed the guests that the opening of Salaris mixed-use complex is scheduled for March 2019.

Among the features of the project was noted the development of transport accessibility due to the opening of the Solntsevo-Butovo-Vidnoye highway this fall. The highway will increase the 30-minute accessibility zone of Salaris mixed-use complex by 1.5 million people, providing them with ample shopping and entertainment opportunities. The total coverage area of the complex in 2019 will amount to 3.5 million people.

Representatives of the largest independent international consulting companies Knight Frank and CBRE spoke at the presentation. Mikhail Safonov, Director of PM & Retail Development at Knight Frank highlighted the most relevant consumer trends, such as the desire to gain new experiences, rationalization of purchases and healthy lifestyle. Mikhail told how modern trends will be reflected in the offer of Salaris mixed-use complex.

Marina Malakhatko, Head of Retail Space in Moscow Region, CBRE described the buyer's portrait of Salaris mixed-use complex and the advantages of the complex, which fully meet the needs of the residents of the surrounding neighborhoods. A large number of families with children - 16% higher than the Moscow average - and a stable average income allow us to predict that "Salaris" will become a new center of attraction for spending quality time in the South-West of the city and New Moscow.
