The first shopping mall under the program to stimulate job creation will open in Kuzminkki
Sochi. November 3. INTERFAX-NEDVIZHIMOSTI - The first shopping and entertainment center under the Moscow program to stimulate the creation of places of labor application will open in Kuzminky, said Alina Strelkova, Director for Management and Development of Mall Management Group facilities
"Kuzminki Mall will be the first shopping and entertainment center to be built in Moscow as part of the program to create places of employment. It is planned to open the facility in the first quarter of 2024," Strelkova said on Friday at the MALLPIC exhibition and forum in Sochi.
She specified that the degree of readiness of the object is 86%.
The total area of "Kuzminki Mall" will amount to 70 thousand sq.m. About 33 thousand sq.m. on three retail levels will be given for accommodation of seven anchor tenants and about 170 standard format stores. In "Kuzminki Mall" it is planned to open a supermarket, home goods stores, popular fashion and sports brands, children's stores and entertainment centers, as well as gastronomic space for dozens of concepts of cafes and restaurants.
The mall will give the city more than 2 thousand jobs.
Recall that the program to stimulate housing developers to create jobs in Moscow was launched three years ago. Initially the program was aimed at construction of office and industrial buildings, but later the list of possible objects was expanded.
