The developer Mall Management Group has agreed with the retail chain Perekrestok to lease about 2,500 m2 in Paveletskaya Plaza shopping mall under construction on the square near Paveletsky Railway Station.

The Perekrestok supermarket will be located on the -3rd floor of the underground shopping center, on the same level as the parking lot. The store will open in a new concept, the central idea of which will be the atmosphere of pleasure and positive emotions from shopping. The shopping hall will feature zones with an open kitchen, where customers can buy ready-made dishes and see the cooking process.

Special emphasis is placed on ZOJ-style nutrition: low-calorie products, healthy food, fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables. The ZOJ assortment has been expanded, including through the chain's own trademark "Green Line".

Thanks to low shelves, signs and accent lighting for each type of goods, customers will be able to easily navigate in the sales area. For those who are in a hurry, there is a short route along which they can have a snack in the cafe, take ready meals in the cookery and pay for goods at self-service cash desks.

International consulting company CBRE acted as a consultant for the transaction.
