Mall Management Group announces that it has received a construction permit for the Paveletskaya Plaza shopping center, which will be located on the square near the Paveletsky Railway Station. The permit has been issued for a period of two years. Construction will begin in September 2019, and the opening of the shopping center is scheduled for the third quarter of 2021. The total area of the mall will be 73,000 square meters, of which 33,000 square meters will be allocated for rent. The concept of the project implies not only full integration into the infrastructure, but also into the architecture of the city. On the upper level, which will be located on the ground, there will be a landscaped park with comfortable places for rest, recreational areas and a platform for city events. The mall will be integrated into one of the largest transportation and interchange hubs in the city. Guests of the shopping center will be able to use the services of underground parking for 277 spaces. About 25% of the leasable area will be allocated for restaurants, cafes and public spaces. Technological innovations will be an important part of the consumer experience: visitors will have access to the latest developments in interactive solutions and virtual reality.

The Paveletskaya Plaza shopping center project was first presented at the MAPIC Russia retail real estate exhibition, which took place in Moscow from April 16 to 18, 2019.
