Paveletskaya Plaza shopping center maintains 100% occupancy since 2024
Since 2024, the management team of Paveletskaya Plaza has successfully sustained full occupancy across the entire property, with all commercial spaces currently leased out.

33,000 sq. m GLA — 147 retail stores and 24 HoReCa concepts. Despite market turbulence, management holds firm to its strategic goal of 100% occupancy. And continues to deliver on it consistently.

Over 2026, market leaders launched new unique formats in the shopping mall:
  • Love Republic opened its largest flagship store in Russia;
  • BeFree introduced a renewed concept featuring self-checkout stations, a chill-out zone with gadget charging points, and an art column with an original mural by artist Marina Pchelyakova;
  • 2Mood doubled its footprint with an expanded lease area and reopened in an upgraded format, now including a Premium line;
  • «Chitay Gorod» welcomed visitors with a fresh design — complete with thoughtful zoning and cozy reading spaces;
  • Askent, the minimalist footwear and accessories brand, relocated to the premium gallery and quadrupled its presence in the center.
In addition, the premium tenant pool has been strengthened by Lavarice, a brand offering lingerie, swimwear, and stylish apparel for home, sports, and leisure. The cluster of Russian designers has also seen significant growth: fashion labels Kasumov Woman, Sekvoya and Individ have expanded the tenant mix, placing a strong emphasis on contemporary local fashion.

100% occupancy of retail space is direct proof of the location's high demand and effective management strategy. Paveletskaya Plaza continues to strengthen its position as one of the most attractive retail destinations for retailers and shoppers in central Moscow.
