March 11, 2020. Paveletskaya Plaza shopping mall became the winner of the prestigious international MIPIM Architectural Review Future Projects Award in the category "Shopping Center of the Future". The project of the shopping and entertainment center was created by the Hollywood architectural bureau 5+design.

The MIPIM Architectural Review Future Projects Awards is a series of awards that recognizes projects under construction. The awards are organized and presented annually at MIPIM (Le marché international des professionnels de l'Immobilier) by the international real estate market in Cannes, France in collaboration with the London-based monthly international magazine Architectural Review.

Since its inception in 2002, the award has become one of the most influential honors within MIPIM. Each project entered in the Awards is carefully assessed against the AR Future Projects standards by a team of dedicated judges from across the global architectural and construction community with the key objective of highlighting how each project is unique and fits into the architecture and infrastructure of the city.
