A new public space and a shopping mall will appear in Moscow in front of the Paveletsky Railway station.
Particular importance in the development of the Paveletskaya Plaza concept will be given to public catering places: about 20% of the leasable area will be occupied by restaurants, cafes and supermarket.
The architectural concept of the project is developed by the well-known 5+Design Bureau, whose projects have been successfully implemented in China, Japan, the UAE and other countries.
A special approach to land improvement will be a distinctive feature of the project. It is planned to create a large recreational area for people who live and work in the immediate vicinity of the shopping mall, as well as for guests of the capital who arrive to the Paveletskaya railway station. The atrium of the shopping mall will become promenade areas and comfortable places to relax for customers.
After the completion of the new shopping mall and public space, the square will acquire a complete and modern appearance, which will favorably emphasize the architecture of the railway station.
