The occupancy rate of the new Kuzminki Mall reached 70%
Mall Management Group management company reported that the occupancy rate of the new Kuzminki Mall is 70%.

The total construction readiness of the object has also reached 70%.

Over the last 2 months Joki Joya family entertainment center, which will occupy 4 000 m2 and Gloria Jeans, 1400 m2, have joined the project. Joki Joya will develop a unique concept for Kuzminki Mall, which will allow it to be unique. The Joki Joya park in Kuzminki Mall will have more than 30 attractions of different orientation for different ages of guests, as well as a family restaurant with children's and adult menus.
Gloria Jeans, which will be opened in a two-storey store format, will offer a wide range of women's, men's and children's clothing, sports and homeware collections, as well as footwear and accessories. The increased space allows not only to present a wider range of products, but also to improve the customer experience with a focus on high quality and fashionable products for everyone.

In addition, lease agreements have been signed with Rendez-vous, Econika, LeToile, Kroshka Kartoshka and other tenants. The total area of the deals is more than 10,000 m2.

The total area of the new shopping mall "Kuzminki Mall" will amount to 69 thousand sq. m. Of this, about 36.5 thousand square meters on three retail levels are available for seven anchor tenants and about 170 standard format stores. There will be a supermarket, home goods, popular fashion and sports brands, goods for children and entertainment for the whole family, as well as gastronomic space, which includes more than 20 concepts of cafes and restaurants.

In front of the main entrance to the shopping and entertainment center there will be a landscaped square with atmospheric lighting, inside there will be bright atriums with spacious lounge areas, and the underground level will provide parking for 300 cars.

The opening of the new shopping and entertainment center is scheduled for the first quarter of 2024. A single space for shopping, entertainment and meetings for more than 1.6 million residents of the district will be created near the Kuzminki metro station.
