Mall Management Group told its partners about the progress of Paveletskaya Plaza shopping mall implementation
Mall Management Group together with the international consulting company CBRE and developers MallTech and Accent Capital held a conference on Russian retail real estate for retailers. The event was attended by more than 100 major retail operators.

The developer Mall Management Group presented its flagship project - Paveletskaya Plaza shopping mall on the square in front of Paveletsky Railway Station, which will open in Q3 2021. The project concept includes a shopping gallery with almost 200 stores, as well as a city park with public spaces and recreation areas.

Construction work on the Paveletskaya Plaza project is proceeding according to schedule: by the end of 2020 it is planned to complete the erection of reinforced concrete and frame structures, and in the spring of 2021 to start the improvement of the 3-hectare park.

"Paveletskaya Plaza" is a new format of shopping and recreation in the center of Moscow, which combines flagships of leading brands, popular restaurant concepts and food hall, as well as a landscape park with areas for collaborations and city events. Currently, agreements have been signed for 40% of the leasable area of the complex".


During the event, CBRE presented an overview of macroeconomic trends and their impact on the retail segment in Russia, as well as the results of Q3 2020. According to the company's data, 159 thousand square meters of retail space was opened in the first nine months of 2020, and the volume of new commissioning at the end of the year may reach 346 thousand square meters. m. At the same time, some new openings were postponed to 2021.

MallTech and Accent Capital developers told the meeting participants about the progress of their projects: the construction of the Planet Perm shopping mall in Perm and the reconstruction of the Sokolniki shopping mall in Moscow.
