Mall Management Group obtained a construction permit for Paveletskaya Plaza shopping center
The facility will be located on the square near Paveletskiy railway station.
The permit was issued for a period of two years. Construction will begin in September 2019, and the opening of the shopping center is scheduled for the third quarter of 2021.
The total area of the mall will be 73,000 m2, of which 33,000 m2 will be allocated for rent.
The concept of the project involves not only full integration into the infrastructure, but also into the architecture of the city. On the upper level, which will be located on the ground, there will be a landscaped park with comfortable places for rest, recreational areas and a platform for city events. Modern design and planning solutions will make Paveletskaya Plaza shopping mall a bright addition to the architectural ensemble of Paveletsky Station.
The three-level underground shopping mall will be built in the business and transport heart of the city - on the square next to Paveletsky Railway Station. The mall will be integrated into one of the largest transport and interchange hubs of the city, with a daily passenger traffic of more than 350 thousand people and automobile flows of the Garden Ring. The guests of the shopping center will also be able to use the services of underground parking for 277 spaces.
The mall's unique location, well-developed infrastructure and transportation accessibility will ensure consistently high visitor traffic. The potential coverage area of the shopping center will be 3.1 million people.
During the development of the project much attention was also paid to unique retail solutions and recreational component. Thus, about 25% of the leasable area will be allocated for restaurants, cafes and public spaces where visitors will be able to spend their lunch time, relax after work or between transportation connections. Technological innovation will be an important part of the customer experience, with the latest developments in interactive solutions and virtual reality available to visitors.
