Mall Management Group announces that it has received a construction permit for the Paveletskaya Plaza shopping center, which will be located on the square near the Paveletsky Railway Station. The permit was issued for a period of two years. Construction will begin in September 2019, and the mall is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2021.
