Mall Management Group held a meeting with partners
On April 20, Swissotel Krasnye Holmy hosted a business meeting of Mall Management Group partners, where the company told about the development status of the Paveletskaya Plaza project. The event was attended by more than 250 guests, including the largest Russian and international brands: Uniqlo, Inditex, LPP, Inventive Retail Group, Monex Trading, Melon Fashion Group, United Colors of Benetton, Tom Tailor Group, Tigrus Restaurant Holding.
The meeting started with a tour of the construction site of Paveletskaya Plaza shopping and entertainment center. Construction works on the project are 70% complete: earthworks, spacing system and underground works have been completed. Erection of monolithic reinforced concrete structures is 90% complete, construction of internal walls and partitions is underway. The company has started the improvement of the landscape park with the area of about 3 hectares, which will be located on the ground part of the complex.
The business program of the meeting was opened by Alina Strelkova, Commercial and Development Director of Mall Management Group. She announced that several brands belonging to the structure of Inventive Retail Group, as well as designer clothing store 12Storeez and restaurant Osteria Mario have joined the project. Taking into account the latest deals the occupancy rate of the shopping mall reached 60% GLA.

Деловую программу продолжили представители арендаторов проекта – супермаркета «Перекресток», Tigrus Restaurant Holding, 12Storeez, которые рассказали о концепциях открываемых магазинов и ресторанов.
