Kuzminki Mall occupancy rate reached 92%
The new shopping and entertainment center Kuzminki Mall, scheduled to open in Q1 2024, is 97% complete and occupancy rate has reached 92%.
The tenants with whom lease agreements have been signed are actively carrying out construction works. The total area of such tenants is 21,148 m2.
Over the last month in terms of lease agreements were signed with Leonardo hobby and creative goods store, Snezhnaya Koroleva multi-brand clothing, O'STIN fashion clothing, Calzedonia Group stores: Tezenis, Intimissimi, Intimissimi Uomo, Calzedonia, with Acoola children's clothing and accessories store, Street Beat branded sneakers store, Bronnitsky Jeweler jewelry store, MRK Parfum perfume store, Georgian Kanikuli, Shokoladnitsa, Dymov Grill Dog restaurants and others.
Kuzminki Mall shopping mall is being built next to Kuzminki metro station. At the moment facade works are being completed at the site, finishing of premises is being carried out.
The total area of the new shopping mall "Kuzminki Mall" will amount to 70 thousand sq. m. Of these 33 thousand square meters are available for seven anchor tenants and about 150 standard format stores. There will be a supermarket, home goods, popular fashion and sports brands, goods for children and entertainment for the whole family, as well as a gastronomic space, which includes more than 20 concepts of cafes and restaurants.
