How the underground shopping center on Paveletskaya Square will look like
At the international forum on retail real estate Mapic Russia, Mall Management Group presented the project of the underground shopping center Paveletskaya Plaza. It is going to be built on the square in front of the Paveletsky railway station.
Construction of the shopping center will begin this summer and should be completed in the fourth quarter of 2020.
Several gardens and squares are going to be laid out on the territory of the center, the concept of which was developed by the bureau 5+Design. According to the representatives of Mall Management Group, in 2019 it is impossible to create a popular shopping center without investing in public space.
The total area of the center will be 73 thousand square meters, and retail — 35 thousand square meters. "Paveletskaya Plaza" will include three underground levels: two floors and a parking lot.
