German retail chain Globus opened a hypermarket in a new shopping center near Salaryevo metro. The opening took place on April 11 April 2019 and became an anniversary for Globus Russia.
"Globus Salaryevo is the first hypermarket of the chain located in a shopping center. The shopping mall is realized on the basis of a transport and transfer hub, shoppers have direct access from Salaryevo metro station and from the bus station. The total area of Salaris shopping mall is 313,095 square meters, the area of Globus hypermarket is 26,500 square meters, of which 9,915 square meters falls on the sales area.
"The hypermarket features in-house production departments, which are the company s trademark - a meat shop, a fish line, a culinary department, a bakery, a confectionery, a sushi and rolls department. The hypermarket has a total of 45,000 articles, of which 1,800 are under Globus own brands, - Svetlana Mosina, the hypermarket manager.
"Globus Salarievo has created about 700 jobs for the residents of the city and nearby districts.
The Salaris shopping mall has good automobile accessibility, and there is also a residential complex being actively built nearby. The shopping center is provided with 5500 parking spaces, including two-story indoor parking and intercepting street parking. Of them, 1200 parking spaces of high comfort with a width of 3.5 meters have been specially allocated for Globus.
Earlier it was reported that Kuban farmers will provide Globus with fruits and vegetables.
