Mall Management Group announces the opening of 40 fashion and entertainment anchor tenants in the super-regional shopping and entertainment center "Salaris". With this, GLA occupancy has increased by 20% in August 2019 alone. By the official opening, which will take place in October, it is planned to hand over the facility at 100% of the leasable area.
Guests of the shopping center can already visit the stores of perfume and cosmetics chains "Rive Gauche" and "Golden Apple" with the area of 600 sq.m. and 1100 sq.m. respectively. Such anchor tenants as Inditex Group brands (Zara, 2740 sq. m., Zara home, 604 sq. m., Oysho, 456 sq. m., Pull&Bear, 905 sq. m., Stradivarius, 412 sq. m., Bershka, 750 sq. m.), Japanese casual wear brand Uniqlo (1600 sq. m.), fashionable, high-quality and stylish clothing for every member of the family Gloria Jeans (1100 sq. m.) and British clothing, footwear and accessories brand Marks & Spencer (530 sq. m.). The Sinsay fashion store, which was a record 2,000 sqm, opened in a flagship format.
A family restaurant and children's amusement park Teika Boom (1,950 m2) and children's entertainment center Happy City were opened for visitors with families and children. A new gastronomic opening was the fish restaurant and store Moremania (412 sq. m.).
A lease agreement for the premises with an area of over 2 thousand square meters was also signed with the DDX fitness club chain. In addition to classes on premium Technogym machines, after the opening the guests of the club will have access to 50 types of weekly group workouts according to Les Mills program, as well as hammam, sauna and spa.
The super-regional shopping and entertainment center Salaris opened in April 2019 in technical mode. The mall with a total area of 310 thousand square meters is located as part of the Salaryevo TPU, next to the Salaryevo metro station, whose passenger traffic will exceed 90,000 people per day already this year, and the international bus station with a capacity of 250 buses per hour. For visitors there is also a covered parking lot for 3,500 cars and an intercepting parking lot for 1,500 cars. The favorable location in an area with a total population of 3.5 million people will ensure consistently high visitor traffic.
