The first anchor tenant of Paveletskaya Plaza shopping center has been determined
The first anchor tenant of the Paveletskaya Plaza shopping center, which will be located on the square in front of the Paveletsky Railway Station in Moscow, has been determined, the press service of Mall Management Group reports.
CBRE is the exclusive consultant of the deal.
The first "anchor" will be a store of the federal chain of perfume supermarkets "Zolotoe Yabloko". The retail space will appear on the first of three underground levels of the mall. The total area of the store will be 1.6 thousand square meters. m.
According to Alina Strelkova, Director for Development and Commerce of Mall Management Group, the first agreement with the anchor tenant was signed in a very short period of time. "The format of Golden Apple fully corresponds to the future concept of Paveletskaya Plaza," she added.
"The retail market is showing high interest in Paveletskaya Plaza shopping mall as it is a long-awaited project with a unique location and strong concept. A shopping center within the Garden Ring, near two metro stations and a train station will have a guaranteed high visitor traffic and turnover. We are happy to welcome in the project a supermarket "Golden Apple", a conceptual brand with a bright positioning, which fits perfectly into the format of the shopping center. We can note that the rental campaign is very active. We are sure that by the opening date the mall will be fully occupied," comments Evgenia Prilutskaya, Deputy Director of Retail Department at CBRE Moscow.
