The first anchor tenant of the new Kuzminki Mall will be DNS
Mall Management Group management company signed an agreement with the federal IT retailer DNS, which will become the first anchor tenant of the new Kuzminki Mall shopping mall.
The store of the largest consumer electronics and household appliances chain will occupy about 1.5 thousand square meters and will be located on the second floor of the mall. More than 20 thousand different items will be available for customers.
The store is preparing for opening in an updated format. Among the main changes: new design of the shopping space, expanded display of goods and a new system of navigation in the sales area, which will significantly increase the convenience of the shopping process.
The total area of the new shopping mall "Kuzminki Mall" will be 69 thousand sq. m. About 36.5 thousand square meters of this area on three shopping levels are available for seven anchor tenants and about 170 standard format stores. There will be a supermarket, home goods, popular fashion and sports brands, goods for children and entertainment for the whole family, as well as a gastronomic space, which includes more than 20 concepts of cafes and restaurants.
In front of the main entrance to the shopping and entertainment center there will be a landscaped square with atmospheric lighting, inside there will be bright atriums with spacious lounge areas, and parking for 300 cars will be provided at the underground level.
The opening of the new shopping and entertainment center is scheduled for the first quarter of 2024. A single space for shopping, entertainment and meetings for more than 1.6 million residents of the district will be created near the Kuzminki metro station.
