EUROSPAR became an "anchor" in the new Kuzminki Mall shopping mall
The new shopping and entertainment center (REC) Kuzminki Mall, which is under construction in the south-east of Moscow, is almost 90% full. In the last days of the year another anchor tenant joined the project - EUROSPAR supermarket.
EUROSPAR will occupy 2,750 square meters. The supermarket combines both traditional retail departments and its own production: wok, charcuterie, bakery and cookery with ready meals.
Kuzminki Mall is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2024. The interior concept was developed by Blank Architects. A landscaped square with landscaping and atmospheric lighting will be located in front of the main entrance to the shopping mall, and light atriums with spacious lounge zones will be located inside. At the moment, the facade works are being completed, the final installation of engineering systems is underway, and finishing of the premises is underway. Readiness is estimated at 94%.

The total area of the new shopping mall "Kuzminki Mall" will be 70 thousand square meters (GLA - 33 thousand square meters) - it is the largest shopping mall planned for commissioning in 2024 in Moscow. Mall Management Group, the developer of the project, is brokering the project on its own.

During the last months of the year lease agreements were signed with Sportmaster, a sports store for the whole family, Henderson men's clothing store, Marc & Andre lingerie and home wear brand, Sunlight and Adamas jewelry stores and Francesco Donni clothing, footwear and accessories store.
Now the tenants are actively measuring the premises and developing project documentation. Moremania restaurant, LETUAL, DNS, Detsky Mir, Rieker, Smena, Incity, Deseo and other stores have started renovation works.
