The new shopping and entertainment center Kuzminki Mall, which is under construction in the south-east of Moscow, is almost 90% full. In the last days of the year another anchor tenant - EUROSPAR supermarket - joined the project, occupying 2,750 sq. m. The mall is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2024.

"A EUROSPAR supermarket for family shopping will open in Kuzminki Mall shopping mall. This will be a notable event for the Kuzminki district and its surroundings, as there are few quality supermarkets with a good assortment here. At the same time, the district is densely populated and its population will only grow in the coming years due to the active implementation of the housing stock renovation program", - comments Alina Strelkova, Director for Management and Development of Mall Management Group.

EUROSPAR is a leader in food retail and combines both traditional retail departments and its own production: wok, charcuterie, bakery and cookery with ready meals.

Kuzminki Mall shopping mall is under construction near Kuzminki metro station and Volgogradsky Prospekt. Its readiness is estimated at 94%. At the moment, facade works are being completed at the site, final installation of engineering systems is underway, and finishing of premises is underway.
