According to the concept, about 25% of the shopping center's space will be occupied by cafes, restaurants and public spaces for recreation. Unique retail concepts and the latest developments in the field of interactive solutions and virtual reality will be presented to the visitors of the shopping center. The project will be integrated into the urban architecture - a landscape park with recreational areas and a venue for events will open on the upper level. The shopping center will receive modern design and planning solutions.
Paveletskaya Plaza shopping mall, located on the square next to Paveletsky Railway Station, will become a part of one of the largest transportation and interchange hubs in the capital with a daily passenger flow of more than 350 thousand people. The parking lot of the shopping center will be designed for 277 cars. The potential coverage area of the future mall is estimated at 3.1 million people. The implementation of the shopping center project on Paveletsky Railway Station Square was repeatedly suspended due to the change of the owner, and the project concept and its main parameters were revised several times. The new project of the shopping center was first presented at MAPIC Russia exhibition in April 2019.
