"In a very short period of time we have signed the first agreement with an anchor tenant. The format of "Golden Apple" fully corresponds to the future concept of "Paveletskaya Plaza", - said Alina Strelkova, Director for Development and Commerce of Mall Management Group.
The store will be located on the first of three underground levels of the mall on the area of 1.6 thousand sq.m.
CBRE acted as a consultant of the deal.
